Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payment Policy:
A deposit of 50% is payable on acceptance of your booking in order to guarantee your accommodation.
The balance of the total rate quoted is payable at least 14 days prior to date of arrival by way of electronic transfer or direct deposit into our bank account.  Failure to make this payment will result in cancellation of your booking with no refund of your deposit. Payment should reflect in our bank account at least 14 days prior to date of arrival or alternatively proof of deposit/payment should be emailed or faxed to us at least 14 days prior to date of arrival.
If a booking is made within 14 days of arrival the total amount quoted is payable at the time of making the booking.In the event of premature departure we may charge for the full original booking.
 

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation on arrival or during the stay – the full payment due for the entire booking will be payable/retained by the establishment.
Cancellation 0 - 14 days before date of arrival, or no-show – 100% of deposit paid will be payable/retained by the establishment.
Cancellation 15 - 28 days before date of arrival – 75% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater) will be retained by the establishment.
Cancellation 29+ days before date of arrival – 50% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater) will be retained by the establishment.
